Membership is simple, low cost and open to residents across our villages and towns. It takes one short conversation to get set up.

Check you're eligible
Membership is open to anyone living in our area who finds ordinary public transport difficult to use — because of age, disability, illness, or because no service runs nearby.

Tell us about your needs
Ring the office or send us the online booking form. We'll ask about mobility, wheelchairs, walking aids and anything that helps us plan your journeys safely.

Start travelling
Diamond Travelcard holders travel free on supported essential journeys. Without a travelcard you can still join and pay a small fare per trip.
Diamond Travelcard
South Gloucestershire Council issues Diamond Travelcards to older and disabled residents. If you hold one, your essential journeys with us are supported by the council. If you don't, you can still join us as a paying member.
